August 2023 Updates

I've made some good progress with "Smith & Jones", finishing the edit notes and writing about 35% of the third draft. I plan to finish around the beginning of October, leaving plenty of time for NaNoWriMo.

NaNoWriMo 2023:

I originally did not plan to participate in NaNoWriMo this year. Last year, it helped me finish the first draft of "Smith & Jones" in a little over a month, but writing 50,00 words in thirty days left me mentally exhausted. However, I have a new story idea, and I've written an outline for it. Not sure if I will complete my goal this year, but I'll do as much as I can!
